Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Self check-in/check-out available.
- Enter the main level of this home from the parking area up 6 steps to the great room.
- One exterior security camera is installed: a Ring doorbell camera mounted by the front door, facing the parking area.
Policies and Rules
- This home allows dogs only, with an additional pet rent of $25 per dog per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Up to 4 dogs permitted.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required if it snows.
- No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
Fees and Payments
- Additional pet rent of $25 per dog per night plus tax (up to 4 dogs allowed).
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. Includes two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- Parking space for up to 3-4 vehicles.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent tablets, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Towels and linens are provided.
- The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking basics, including dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, ice-maker, and high-speed internet access. Clothes washing machine and dryer are provided. Hot tub is available.
